When You Are Tired Of Living Like Zombie Cat $#!^ — Do This!
Life is meant to be lived, don’t let your life become mundane

The Problem:
Most people fear pain, and they become very comfortable with dull, boring, mediocre living. Then when the pain of that becomes unbearable, they turn to things that comfort them. This can lead to bad habits.
Embrace Your Pain
Change is difficult. Change can be painful. You have to accept some pains. Don’t hurt yourself, work within your abilities. But you do have to stretch yourself. With enough effort to make the stretches, you can become really pretty limber. And with time, you can do things that in your old comfort zones, would have been too painful to face or deal with. Work in steps, gradually, and make the work go in stages.
Don’t Hurt Yourself
Don’t hurt yourself. Some pain, is necessary; if you always run from every pain in life, you will live like damn zombie cat shit. That isn’t living. See what pains, you can endure, what pains will subside, and work within reason. What ever you do, DON’T Cause other people pain.
Stretches
Work within your abilities, and push to grow as a person. Changes can be painful, but if you stay stuck in a zero living life, then what good is going to come from that? It might save you pain, but your quality of life, will not be very good. You have to work through some of the pains.
Allow Pain To Be Your Teacher
Learn from your pain. Don’t fear the pain so much that you allow it to hold you back from ever living, or growing. Allow pain to be your teacher. Learn from it, so you don’t make those mistakes again. Always learn from everything you can. Some mistakes, you don’t want to make. Learn from others too.
If you allow pain to be your teacher, you figure out what you can endure, and make the stretches you need to grow, and change. Don’t fear the change, or the pain of the change. If you learn to be flexible, and versatile; you can learn to be resilient enough to be a fully functional being in this world.
We Want Fully Functional People
We don’t want a world of people that are too weak. You only have to be good enough to live a good life. If the quality of your life is below what is reasonable, then you have to grow and change. We want life better for everyone. You have to be kind, reasonable, and kinda tough. While still being emotionally strong, but not unkind. There is the real point where balance is essential. You have to be emotionally strong, but never unkind.
Find The Balance Points
Everyone has to be able to survive, and live. We want the world to be a better place, and a kinder, more gentile world. That doesn’t mean everyone will have to live like zombie cat shit. It just means that they are physically and emotionally strong enough to survive; while still being kind in word and deed.
It is important to find the right balance in these matters. Too strong, and you're prone to cruelty. Too weak, and you can not survive in a world that is unforgiving, and sometimes ruthless. If we could take the cruelty out of the world, and still have people that are strong emotionally secure, and not afraid of growth, or change. Then you have something worth having.
Conclusion
Don’t hurt yourself, and embrace some pains in life if they will subside. Some things may hurt for an hour, some things may hurt for a week, but eventually the pain will subside. Allow pain to be your teacher, learn from your mistakes. And don’t make those mistakes again. Learn from other people’s pain, and save yourself from having to make every mistake. We want fully functional people in this world, that are emotionally secure people, that have enough tough that they can be strong, but never unkind. Find the balance points, and work within reason. Life has to get better for everyone.
Written with a toothache, that if pain killed, I would be dead. Learn from my mistake, take really good care of your teeth. It matters, you want to avoid that kind of pain.
Addition: Pain in and of itself doesn’t kill. You might want to die to end the pain, but eventually it will subside. Be strong, don’t hurt yourself in ways that makes you want to die.
