What Satisfies?
What Satisfies?
Can You Be Content With Enough?

The Problem:
When things are out of balance, there are always big problems. The closer everything is in the best balance with real peace present, good living should result from the current way this world is. The problem isn’t the world; however, people’s attitudes, priorities, and modus operandi have become misaligned.
Let’s talk about some of the problems! Are you happy, and well satisfied? What points, are in good balance? What points are poorly balanced? Are your needs being met? What needs do you have, that are not being met?
Besides, basic needs; what would satisfy? For some people, these answers would be different depending upon their needs, and wants. Everyone has some dream, and some hope of a better tomorrow. Where are these things well balanced, or out of alignment?
Let’s Think
When you are healthy, and strong; you spring back from small setbacks much easier. On the flip side, when you are hurting, and sore; small setbacks feel like a huge problem.
Sometimes, a person needs comfort, that feels like comfort. And, relief that feels like relief. Sometimes, you need to heal, and sometimes the cure for the blues is just having some fun.
It is important to maintain, good balance in how you live, and your attitudes. When you know what your priorities are, and have aligned your attitude with your priorities, then you should be able to explore good balance of living, or at least be able to make it possible for yourself and others.
In the event, you are thinking in terms of win / win. No one has to loose.

Where Satisfaction Matters:

Thoughts
Does satisfaction, come from having self-actualization? This is an important question. What is true? Some people believe in manifestation of their dreams, and that everything they think will come true. What is truth? Just thinking, is not enough. You have to take actions when and where it matters. Nothing happens in a vacuum. There has to be interaction, and communication. Without those two things, nothing really gets solved.
Are You A Pessimist?
What outlook do you have about yourself, and life? Be careful, that two bad days in a row, doesn’t become a habit that defines your outlook in life. Practice an attitude long enough, and it becomes a habit.
Some examples of being a pessimist, and some solutions to the problems!
They say, 55% of our attitude can be changed by how we think. By working to change our ways of thinking to the most useful ways, we can do better with others, and our lives. If you are happy, other people will respond better; (most of the time.)
The real question is, if things were good, would you be happy for a while?
Are You An Optimist?
In the event, you have had a lot of good days strung together with more than broken glass, and glue; you likely have an outlook of being an optimist. And you would use the broken glass to make art, or something creative.
Some examples of being optimistic.
When life feels good, you have your health, and a long line of days that have been really pretty good, it's easy. What conditions are there for your optimism? Are you self reliant, confident, and have self mastery? You might be a saint! At least by the standards that a pessimist would have.
Of note here: You want to avoid the toxic positivity that makes you mean.
The real question is, if things were really bad for a long time, would you be sad?
Are You A Realist
Do you see the good, and bad about life, and still strive to make life better for everyone? You take the bad with the good, and go through life from one adventure to the next?
Some examples of being a realist.
Do you have good and bad days, and take each day as they come, and make the best of what you have? You might be a realist.
Are You A Cynic
Are you mistrustful of everyone and everything, always blaming bad on everyone else? Maybe, you are a cynic? The difference between a skeptic, and a cynic is that the skeptic has doubts, and a cynic doesn’t believe at all.
Some examples of being a cynic.
While not everything in that article may be exact, it will give you something to think about if you know the facts from the fiction.
Are You An Idealist
Idealists, are rare. They say, only 15% of the world population are idealists. It does happen to be the opposite of being a cynic, and that really does say something about the conditions of the world population, and their attitudes.
Some examples of being an idealist.
These might be some good goals to strive for. It is better than being a cynic.
Really, Who Do You Want To Be?
If 55% of who we are, depends entirely upon how we think, and that 55% is up to us; then we have more than a half a chance, of making our lives worth living, and being useful, and liked.
Life requires balance, and variety. Each person has to be able to stand on their own, this doesn’t mean that we don’t all need help sometimes. Everyone needs help with something. No man is a island in this world with the way things are. It’s just not likely in todays world. Help someone else, rise. You don’t get better, by tearing others down, you have to build them up, in healthy ways.

Be someone! Be someone that cares about others, and yourself, in ways that are healthy, and with all good common sense.
Conclusion
Life is mostly what we make it. We are all presented with choices, and problems. The way we deal with those things, makes a difference. Most people have choices, and when they are thinking; win / win that is good for everyone. If your mindset is I win, you loose; then you have some problems. Seek win / win solutions that work for everyone. Otherwise, you might have some bad meetups with karma.
The truth is, I want satisfaction. On more than one level. There has to be good balance of the aspects of my life, and physical, emotional, mental, intellectual, and spiritual needs all have to be met. That matters.
