Life is an interesting thing. In today’s world, people get sick and die. Happens all the time. And maybe, it’s for the best. Why? Because most people are not prepared to live forever. They are ill equipped to deal with eternity.

Most of them, don’t believe in the immortality of the soul, and most of them, aren’t prepared to live longer than a hundred years. They have their lives, and try to live them best as they can.

Really, they don’t think about things longer than the a few weeks into the future. They make no real plans for things that are far reaching. They lack any kind of real vision for what life should be like, or what we should do with the time. And, they waste a lot of time on futile pursuits.

If anything, they are little more than servants. And if they live for eternity, they will never be more than servants. This may sound harsh, it is however the facts of the matter. The way things are, I’ve been hard pressed to find someone to call a friend. The world like it is, has been cruel. I would like to however solve the problem of the cruelty in this world.

I find the conditions here, to be poor. Much could be done to solve some of these problems. Somehow, I doubt that making people live forever will actually make life better for everyone. They are not prepared emotionally for the riggers of living for eternity. They would not make it more than a few hundred years, before they have a melt down. And they would have a melt down at some point.

There are however other solutions that can be implemented. Much can be done to make life better for everyone. And, really we should do what we can to make life better for everyone. We can make life better. People need to gain some real understanding, and grow. Really, there are limits of what is possible for them. They will reach a peak, and plateau. It is a fact of life. What mountain top isn’t also a dead end? There is no road at the top of a mountain that provided a way home, besides going back down the mountain.

Really if people were immortal, they would never know how to deal with living more than a few hundred years. They don’t even consider talking about these things. They are not open for conversation about any of this. Pity. Because they would have to be able to talk about this stuff, and keep their sense of perspective intact. They lack the ability to consider the conversation.

So much would have to be prepared for them, and so much would have to be unlearned in the ways of their living. They aren’t ready to make those changes. They can barely tie their shoes in the morning.

Living forever would be an interesting thing to consider. It could be great, and if done correctly; would have some real benefits. There are also some dark sides to it too. Most people never stop to think about the different angles. They don’t understand and can not think past their own judgemental attitude. And their is no talking with them about any of it. They are not prepared to have the conversations that would be required to even think about starting the process.

They say, they want to live forever. But they haven’t thought about what that would really mean. They lack the ability to have any kind of understanding. Really, they will never be much more than servants. They are not of noble understanding. Their actions don’t really make sense, because they want to live forever, but they couldn’t get past love thy neighbor.

Living a long time, is frought with many hardships. Most people say one life is all they want. They can not consider the idea of more than one life; much less one very long life that never ends.

I wanted my life better for a long time. I’ve been waiting for twenty years for my life to change. But could you imagine having to wait, a few hundred years for something to take place? Everything is relative, and depends on the conditions that one must endure while waiting!

We want life better for everyone. This may involve making some changes, but may not include giving everyone everlasting life. It seems to me, they couldn’t deal with it. It would be too much for them to endure. Most, would go mad. And its best to keep society functioning in a good way. So in some ways, the system that is in place, is perfect.

There are however some changes that need made. They have been noted for future study, and consideration. Much can be done, to make life better. And we want life better for everyone.
