The Problem:

There are a lot of feedback loops in this world. While some of them, are good; in today’s modern world, many of them are harmful. You have to look at your input / output, to know if your getting good results. You want good results right?

Solutions

If you have a lot of input, and zero output; you are likely constipated, and need a laxative. Try writing, or drawing, or writing sad poetry. Do something to improve your output from zero to a little each day. The better you balance your input / output ratio the better off you will be.

If you were to eat a cheeseburger, you would expect it to come out of your body at some point. You eat fast food, and it doesn’t settle well with your body.

Same goes for what you put into your head. You put junk food in, and you get junk food output. Watch your input / output ratio’s. You want to avoid having diarrhea or shitting yourself; because that sucks.

You want to have nice big turds. If you can make them smell like flowers; then you're way ahead of everyone else. You want to avoid making a stink.

When talking about feedback loops, it is important to remember that your emotions, thoughts, and actions; are all connected. Sometimes, your emotions give you thoughts, that in turn give you emotions. This kind of a feedback loop can be very unhealthy. Hence, the need for good input which can break up those negative feedback loops. If you get stuck in a feedback loop, and put junk food in, you're going to have diarrhea and shit yourself.
