An Interesting Question

A story: You should Support My Efforts

A Story — It’s fiction; (maybe, kinda, in a round about strange sort of way)

Once upon a time. In a world, that was constructed by immortals. Everything that could have ever been possibly done; had been.

One of the ways to pass the time, was playing in virtual realities. One such game, that could be played; was a challenge to be born into a world, with your memory completely wiped clean. And survive growing up, in a world that was not correct.

The real challenge was to beat the computer simulation. Both winning or loosing came with costs. In the event the immortal lost, he would suffer great pain. However, in the event the immortal won; he would be given the freedom to use the simulation as he desired; for a whole infinity of eons.

And really it will take some careful planning, about how to use the time. There are so many problems in this world that need to be solved. However, in a perfect system; those problems would be gone.

Hey! I have some ideas.

These may not be your idea; they are however mine. It might be interesting, to live a hundred lives in that system to beat the computer simulation. And build from one life, to the next. Then after the player has won; the real question would be how to use the time.

Really if anything was possible. You could live, every book you ever read, or wrote; like it was a real life. Then, you could move to living the movies that you watched. Not for anything other than just to have fun. Then you could take up growing whole galaxies; and watching civilizations rise and fall; for nothing more than watching them, and studying them.

And, that would just be the training for the lives
you really want to live.

These are only rough ideas, and not the whole picture. The first order of business in this whole ordeal, is beating the computer simulation. Once that is done, and out of the way; deciding how to use the time; will be a matter of planning things out. And, making good use of the time.

The same thinking that caused the problems, won’t fix them. You have to do better than that.

This simulation; has some serious problems. Going to have to find answers to those issues.

Just an idea: It would be fun, to have two computers that simulations could run on. And be able to move between the two. We would set one of them, up as a home world. that was perfect. And the other one, would be a toy.

No easy feat. Someone once said: You can make a machine smart. However, it’s impossible to make it care.
