Now Available Moon-Journal.App
Now Available
The work is done. Moon Journal is now live. What is it?
It’s an online journal app, that tracks the moon phase, and also is nifty for writers who want to keep track of their word count, and words per minute that they type.
It features two modes, depending upon your system settings. It has both light mode, and dark mode; that adjusts based on your system settings.
It was really designed for dark mode; however we have made allowance for those who like to use their computer in light mode.
It counts the words per minute that you type at. It also keeps track of the word count for each journal post, and a summary word count, of all the journal entries.
The best part? It’s free to use and create an account.
I’m making this available to people that want to write.
The system is really very secure. I’ve designed it to be actually very secure. So you can rest well at night knowing no one is going to read your writing.
It also features a great way to export, and download your work.
Mac users will be very happy with the results. It works great, and gives good output.
You can save drafts, and edit entries after you save them.
And it’s easy to use. It’s a very simple design, that works like it should.
It’s really bare bones of what it should have. And it will likely stay that way. It’s designed for distraction free writing. This lets you focus on what you’re writing, and the quality of your work.
And, it’s also very secure. You can rest well knowing that it’s safe to write here.
The Address?
Please go check it out, sign up, and enjoy having someplace to do your morning pages, and keep your journals.
On a side note: Please use a password manager to sign up. It’s very difficult to reset a lost of forgotten password. I might add this feature at some point.
So I’ve spent a total of several months designing and building this system. And it all should work. Please go check it out, and see what you think about it.
Also: You can only be signed in with one device at a time. This is for security reasons. It won’t let you use two devices at the same time. This feature may not change. We will have to see what happens. I have a backup plan in case we need to add this feature.
Thanks for reading. . .
